Rajkumar Yadav and Nilesh Yadav initiated the foundation of Descipal Services LLP in 2021 with an aim to clear the concepts of students struggling with Maths and other subjects. We began teaching in 2003,at a very young age, even before we had completed our schooling.

Started as a cause has now reached milestones
Descipal Services LLP was born out of necessity, driven by two school-going brothers during a difficult time in 2003. With just one student and a deep sense of responsibility, we began our journey—while still in Class 11 (Science) and Class 9 ourselves. Over the years, what started as a small step to support our family evolved into a mission to transform education.
At Descipal, we don't just teach—we nurture. Our classrooms are safe spaces where students feel at home, understood, and motivated to grow—not just academically, but as individuals. With a relentless pursuit of excellence, we've helped hundreds of students not only improve their marks, but also find confidence, clarity, and character.
Two decades later, our mission remains the same: to educate with empathy, and to empower for life.
